Town Rab is the town which dates from the Middle Ages, with well preserved city walls. Four bell-towers that distinguish the most are the main characteristic of the town Rab which is, with its churches, bell-towers and palaces, the real Romanesque-Renaissance pearl. In summer time this is the most visited place of all, and it is suitable for both young people and families who desire quite and active vacation at the same time.
The only disadvantage is the fact that more investments are needed for construction of more quality roads. In the year of 2004, Rab won the ''Blue flower'' award with the golden sign for the most ordered tourist town on the Adriatic.
